After 30-plus years as a human resources executive in both private and public sectors, and as an organizational consultant and coach, I bring deep insights and skill to creating great leaders. They, in turn, propel great organizations. 

My extensive focus on leaders in higher education and technology also includes work with individual clients who are making career transitions, working through team challenges, finding career direction, or have work/life balance concerns. Their outcomes include more fulfillment and satisfaction, as they do meaningful work.
